Reporting a preview problem

Include the public page URL, the platform preview you selected, what you expected to see, and what appeared instead. If there is an error message, include its wording. Your browser name and whether the issue occurs on a phone or desktop can also help reproduce the problem. A screenshot can be useful, but remove personal or confidential information before sending it.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, private dashboard links, or URLs that grant access to an account. If the affected page is private, describe the issue and share a small, non-sensitive example of the metadata instead. We can investigate the tool's behavior, but a third-party platform's cache or crawler restrictions may require that platform's own debugging tools.

Privacy questions

Send privacy questions to the same email address with enough context to identify the concern. Read the privacy page for an explanation of URL checks, browser storage, analytics, and external services. Please do not include additional sensitive information just to ask a question.
